We’re so excited to have James Michael joining us. Whether he’s diving into the science of nutrition or sharing his favorite wellness habits, James is all about helping you feel your best.

Credentials: An alumnus of Bastyr University and the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, combining clinical nutrition knowledge with a background in Global Studies.

Wellness Habit: He’s a huge advocate for breathing techniques to stay grounded. 🧘‍♂️

Fun fact: He’s got rhythm—he spent his younger years in the choir, the brass section, and the drum line! 🥁
