When I started my business venture back in October of 2020 I had a vision. That vision was to have a brick and mortar sometime. I decided to start small and started with my trailer. I went to Food Concept in Nampa, ID and we designed the trailer from the ground up. I learned a lot in those 5 years. Year 3 I bought the old Firehall and that didn’t quite turn out to what I wish it could have been. Then on year 5 a new brick and mortar popped up. When opportunities present themselves sometimes you need to take the risk and do it. Needless to say it was a busy spring and summer, signed the buy/sell in May and owned the building July 2nd.
On August 25, 2025 I opened the store with little to no idea of what to expect. I am beyond GRATEFUL for all of the customers who walk through my door. With your support of my vision, I have updated the outside of the building, updated the ceiling lights to LED, three new coolers and a freezer, new forced A/C and heater, 2 new prep stations, all new stainless steel counters, new shelving units, plus made an espresso counter with my Dad. There is always a project I am saving for, the next a new espresso machine. I have dreamt of this one since I started working with specialty drinks back in Minot in 2014!
I wouldn’t have accomplished this if it wasn’t for you - my customers and supporters. So I would like to thank you my wonderful customers for supporting my vision and on August 25, 2026 we will have affogatos (espresso & ice cream), and ice cream cups, treats and a few surprises from 1-4 on me to YOU!
