Y’all 😳

It’s wild out here.

Nicotiana and sweet peas towering over my head. Fluffy clouds of lisianthus. The first of the dahlias, zinnias, & celosia. Pretty pony tails of amaranthus, a sea of strawflowers…

SO. MANY. FLOWERS.

It’s the season of bounty and we will have these beauties and more available for you to peruse at the farm this week!

Pre-orders will be available for pick up our usual hours: Wednesday, 3-6 pm

However, in person shopping will only be available this Thursday as I have to be out of town tomorrow afternoon. BUT we will be extending Thursday shopping hours to 9-5 this Thursday only!

As always, the flower shop and wholesale pricing is open to everyone! Pre-orders & sales tax exempt status is closed to vendors only.

I want to post pictures of flowers & farm dogs & share the little joys of this small life but it will always feel empty without acknowledging the suffering that is going on every day around us.

For every tragic loss and violation of human rights that makes the news cycle there are a thousand more we may never hear about. I know so many folks are working hard behind the scenes and there are local organizations doing HUGE things every day and they are making a difference.

We are not helpless. From today until we can’t do it anymore we will be offering flowers for anyone who donates to an organization that is directly supporting those is crisis. Message me a screenshot of ANY donation made to Maine Needs ProjectRelief or you’re preferred organization and I will have a big wrapped bouquet of flowers with your name on it, waiting for you in our farmstore or for pickup at Bridgton Farmers' Market

There are some couples who are so kind, gracious, & enthusiastic you almost get a little sad when the big day is over. The kind of people that make a point to walk out in the rain during one of the busiest, most important days of their life to ask if you need water or a hand while you’re hustling florals around..

Connor & Lizzi, we were so grateful to be a part of your day 🤍

Lucky to do what we do and to have the chance to get to know the folks we flower for. To learn the little details that mean so much. To share the excitement when THAT flower we were hoping for blooms just in time..

Taking the time to send photos and leave kind words is so appreciated. Especially when the few photos I take are typically rushed, incomplete, & poorly lit(lol this post..exhibit A 🙃).

p.s. I love “good duddy”. That’s a new one and will probably become part for the farm vernacular 😆 There are so many slight misspellings of good buddy, I make them all the time, that crack me up. My favorite being “Good Biddy”…which I’m getting closer to by the minute 😊👵

SPECIAL on SWEET PEAS !! BIG bunches of branching vines & flowers in so many colors 🌈 $10 a bunch this week and next! They are abundant and gorgeous this season. One of my favorites to design with and they will only be here a short while longer…
