A Mother’s Day Note from Gem Meats
This is my mom.
She didn’t work behind the counter—but if you’ve ever visited us on a holiday weekend or a busy Saturday, you may have seen her smiling face. She’d stop by to grab a few things, but mostly, she came to check in on me.
Her quiet support, her presence, and her love have meant more to me than she probably knows. That’s the kind of mom she is. Not front and center—but always there when it counts.
So today, we honor moms like mine. The ones who show up with a smile, check in even when we say we’re “fine,” and love us in all the small, meaningful ways. Love you mom!

2. Thick Cut Porterhouse Pork Chops:
