📣 VENDOR APPLICATION UPDATE! 📣

We are honestly blown away by the response to our vendor applications! We received way more applications than we were prepared for, and we are SO excited to see how many amazing vendors are interested in joining us!

We want to reassure everyone who has applied that we are still working through applications, so don't fret if you haven't heard from us. While we wrap up November applications, we are taking the time to carefully review our December event applications, starting with those who applied first and working our way through the most recent applications.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we work through this much larger-than-expected response. We want to give every application the time and consideration it deserves!

We are so grateful for your support, your delicious food and drinks, and the absolute best staff around. A special shout-out to the area's best social media manager, Ginny Gunn, for everything you do behind the scenes!

To all of our amazing vendors—you were true rock stars standing out there in 95-degree heat! 🔥🔥🔥 Your dedication and positive attitudes made the day a success.

A big thank you to Fat Cat Homemade Ice Cream and their ice cream truck for helping everyone cool off with some delicious frozen treats on a scorching hot day! 🍦❤️

A heartfelt thank you to Paige King Johnson for squeezing us into her busy schedule while juggling Nashville's CMA Fest. We loved having you and your incredible talent with us!

And to The Magic Yarn Project, whose volunteers create beautiful yarn character wigs for young cancer patients—you are the real heroes of the day. Thank you for the joy and hope you bring to so many children and families.
