Adam entered the food-service industry at the age of 16 and over the last 20 years he has gained a B.S. in Culinary arts from Johnson & Wales University is a Certified Sommelier and has worked as a Chef in such markets as Miami Fl, Naples Fl, St. Thomas USVI, London ENG, Paris FR, Munich DE, Vienna AT, and Islamorada in the Florida Keys he has spent the last 5 years as Chef de Cuisine at Mildred's Big City Foods in Gainesville, FL.
