Our Duroc Pork Secreto Steak is back, the legendary “hidden” butcher’s cut from that melts like Wagyu beef and delivers intense, juicy flavor.

Located secretly tucked right behind the shoulder blade and loin of the pig.

Keep It Simple: Season generously with just coarse salt and black pepper.Ripping Hot Sear: Cook in a screaming hot cast-iron skillet or over blazing hot charcoal for 2 to 3 minutes per side.Don’t Overcook: Pull it at 145°F (medium) instead of traditional high pork temps to keep it tender and juicy.Rest and Slice: Let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes, then slice thin against the grain.
