Perfect Portions is a weekly meal prep service. My goal is to prepare food to help you reach your health goals. Leading a healthy lifestyle is all about nutrition, 80% of our health is what you put in your mouth and 20% is what you do with your body. I have been exercising my culinary skills for over 15 years. In the last couple of years I have become passionate about cooking healthy, delicious an

d perfectly portioned food. Meal prep doesn't have to be boring or stressful; let me take the stress & guess work out of prepping. Each week I will offer 4-5 meal options, 2 breakfast options, a snack option and my signature protein bites. Each meal is designed to be approximately 400 calories or less. I will offer different meal options each week to keep an exciting variety in your diet.
