Quick Post- Hope you all are doing OK. A favorite cheese is here. My supplier had some so I got one and it is the cheese of the day! Graskaas Gouda from Holland! With school back in things have slowed down but weather like this will keep us going! LOL! Thanks for your support! bill

Quick Post- Hope you all are doing well. Brrr! March is letting us now it is here! In like a lion and out like a lamb! I hope! Have my Irish cheeses here and hope you come for them. Not like other years where you could sample and vote. Just me and the cheeses this year! A lot of them are pre-cut and half pound sizes to help you with your shopping. Quick Post- Hope you are allding well. I am feeling much better! Just some sensitivity in the area. I must remember to lift correctly! LOL! Still some problems with getting some cheeses but I will keep on trying! Sound like February could be a more normal month. Brr! Stay warm and well and thanks again for your support! bill
