Good morning from the FARM!!! Looks like it's going to be a really warm and muggy day.

If you do venture out, we have some lucious COLD 🍉Watermelon🍉 and Sweet, sweet Cantaloupe.

Unfortunately Asparagus season has come to an end, but lots more going on here on the FARM!!

ITS ALL ABOUT 🍅🍅TOMATO'S!!!🍅🍅

Do your tomato's get really huge, produce all vine and no tomato's???

If you get tomato's are they scarce and smaller than you expected???

Ever wondered what people are talking about when they say you need to prune your tomato's??

Our tomato's are growing rapidly and putting on fruit, which means we are behind in pruning. We have had many of the above questions asked numerous times so we decided this would be a great time to have a TOMATO PRUNING WORKSHOP!!!

This will be a short (45min-1hr) hands on workshop in our Tomato high tunnel. All are welcome to come and see/learn the process we use in growing our tomato's from prepping the soil to harvest.
Questions are always welcome, you can watch and even try your hand at pruning if you feel comfortable doing so.

GREETINGS from the FARM!!! We have been working really hard, trying to get all of the crops in the ground and growing, so haven't been getting many posts out lately.

We have some great news!!

Picked up some seedless Georgia 🍉Watermelon🍉 and Cantaloupe for our Market while our seedlings are growing strong get that great summer taste for the Holiday weekend.

Asparagus is still available although the season is nearing the end, come get it while you can.

Garlic Scapes are great for that little kick of flavor in your favorite dish and we just harvested plenty, give them a try.

🥦Broccoli, Cauliflower, Cabbage, Kohlrabi, 🧅Onions, 🫛Peas, Kale, 🥔Potato's etc growing bigger will keep you up to date as it gets closer to harvest.
We have small 🍅Tomato's set on so hopefully, mid- to late June for fresh Tomato's.
🥒Cucumbers, Okra and Squash coming also.

Lots and lots going on and the 💭rain even in small doses is so very welcome to our crops.

Good morning, from the FARM. Beautiful Saturday morning, hope we're done with the cold weather! Things are growing quickly, but not quite ready yet so be on the lookout for: (Broccoli, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Kolhrabi, Onions, Beets, Kale, Bok Choy, Peas, Potato's and more) coming a little later.

We do have fresh Lettuce (Green Leaf, Romaine, Butter Crunch, Red Leaf), Dinosaur Kale and Arugala.
Limited supply of Asparagus ( Purple and Green).
FRESH Rhubarb
Pecans
And don't forget the EGGS

Tomato's are blooming hopefully ready end of June.
Watermelon, Squash, Cantaloupe, Okra, Cucumbers and more going in now that we are hpoefully past those freezing nighttime temps. Horseradish, Dill and Garlic ready later into the summer.

Good Morning from the FARM!! It's been a pretty short winter and we've been super busy with chores and getting ready for spring!!!
Tunnels are repaired for the season. Fields are prepped. 🥔Potato's, Cabbage,
🥦Broccoli, Cauliflower, Kolorabi, 🧅Onions, Beets, 🥕Carrots and other early crops are in the ground. 🍅Tomato's went in yesterday and getting ready for other crops to go in this next week.
And when all of these crops go in, you know what that means spring is close and Asparagus starts showing up around Easter. If you're looking for ASPARAGUS (Purple and Green) stop in this weekend we have lots in stock and it is delicious!!!
Rhubarb is also getting really close.
And don't forget the 🥚EGGS!!!🥚

Well our growing season has come to its end and now it's storing and processing the excess and planting hardy winter items like 🧄Garlic🧄 and Horseradish for Spring.

We have the last harvest of Peppers avaliable both :
