Raised in Africa I started the company by marketing and selling a range of African Peri – Peri Sauces called DichickO’s manufactured by a fellow African in Atlanta Georgia. Then it dawned on me why not create a range of food products that compliment the sauces? As a result I partnered with a renowned German butcher to create a signature range of sausages to compliment the sauces. The result is a t
aste sensation that is uniquely African. I then decided the next step should be to design a food cart where I could prepare the sausages and serve them hot with the Peri Peri sauce. Starting with several catering events the feedback was so positive that I decided to take my unique sandwich on the road and am in the process of joining the Orange County Food Truck Alliance. With one truck already on the road a second is planned for end of 2012. Soon you will be able to track me via twitter to find my future locations.
