Michaelis Family Farm is owned and operated by our family of 8. We use mostly organic management methods and enjoy feeding our family the same delicious, fresh fruits and vegetables we are offering to you! Because of our organic methods, we do a lot of work by hand. When you stop by you will most likely find us at work somewhere on the farm. We are happy to answer any questions you might have and work to ensure you have a delightful visit.

We have had our first ripe strawberries of the season!! We have a tiny spring harvest, but are working with the plants & irrigation system for a better harvest this fall. If you are looking for time on the farm, fresh lettuce or rhubarb we have those in abundance! We are happy to give updates about strawberries- just wanted to set expectations! As always, text for patch conditions before you come from a distance. We’re looking forward to seeing you this season!

Happy Spring! We have been hard at work with the pre-season, getting ready for a beautiful and bountiful summer. We are keeping an eye on the strawberries- they suffered in the late summer- but we hope they bounce back enough for a June harvest. The tomatoes, cantaloupe, and watermelon are thriving in the greenhouse and the raspberries look good for a strong July/August harvest!
