Our Director of Sales and Marketing, Thomas Sheridan, recently received he Olive Oil Sommelier Certificate from the International Culinary Center in Manhattan and The Olive Oil Time Education Lab. In February he will continue to Level 2 and 3 Master Level Certification. This is one more thing Di Alfredo Foods does to ensure we have the best people doing the best possible job of importing only the very best products for our clients.
