We're excited to continue serving children throughout the summer with both on-site meals and upcoming Grab & Go meal bags. 🚗💨

✅ FREE for all children 18 and under
✅ Breakfasts and lunches
✅ No registration required for on-site meals

We are already planning ahead for the upcoming school year and are looking to grow our amazing Child Nutrition team! 🍎🥗

• Part-time position at RJ Baskett
• Full-time position at Westview Elementary
• Substitute positions district-wide

☀️ Even though school is out for summer, our Child Nutrition team is still hard at work behind the scenes! 🍎🥪

Food prep continues daily as we keep our summer meal service running for our students and community. ❤️

Please see the graphic in the images for meal locations and times. One important update: the High School meal service has been extended until 12:30 PM, but this adjustment applies to the High School location only. ⏰

That’s a wrap on another amazing school year! 🎉📚✏️

Today marks the LAST DAY OF SCHOOL, and what a year it has been! From early mornings and busy lunch lines to laughter, learning, friendships, and memories made, we are so thankful for every student, staff member, and family that made this year special. ❤️🤍

A huge THANK YOU to our families for the continued support of our program this year! Your kindness and encouragement truly mean so much to our team. 🥰

Our kitchen staff across the district heard so many wonderful compliments from students throughout the year, and those words made a big impact on our teams each and every day. 🍎🥪🥛

We are already looking ahead and making exciting plans for the 2026-2027 school year! 🎉

We hope everyone has a safe, fun, and relaxing summer break! ☀️🌴😎

What an amazing evening celebrating the end of a great school year together! ❤️🤍

Tonight’s End of Year Celebration was all about great food, great company, and the people who make our department feel like family. 🍔🌭🥗🍰

Staff brought their families and a favorite dish to share for our potluck, and we enjoyed delicious Fischer Farms burgers and franks fresh off the grill! 🔥

It was wonderful seeing everyone relaxing, laughing, and spending time together outside of the school day. Thank you to our incredible Child Nutrition team and families for all you do throughout the year. We truly appreciate each and every one of you! ❤️

Meals are OPEN to all children up to age 18 regardless of income. ❤️

Adults may enjoy meals with their child for:
🍳 Breakfast: $3
🍴 Lunch: $5

Parents/Guardians are required to supervise children who are not attending summer school.

Please remember:
📌 Federal guidelines require all meals to be consumed on site.

📍 Northview Elementary
Breakfast: 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM
Lunch: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM

📍 Mississinewa High School
Breakfast: 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Lunch: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM

📦 As a reminder, we will transition to Grab & Go meal bag distribution beginning June 17.

Today we’re closing out the school year at Mississinewa High School with a true Farm to School favorite, Fischer Farms bacon cheeseburgers! 🥓🍔

We are proud to support local agriculture while serving our students fresh, high quality meals right here in our cafeteria. Thank you to Fischer Farms for partnering with us throughout the year and helping us bring local foods to our students! ❤️🤍
