Our helpers Phillip and Charlie Boone picked up another 2 gallons of local sourwood honey today from Glades Homemade Candies in Gatlinburg to add into our shakes and protein balls!

Tomorrow we will have Sea Salted Caramel proteins balls they are delicious and perfect for any snack or healthy meal replacement!

Valentine's Day Strawberry orders. This year with all costs going up, we have to go up in price. Still cheaper than even grocery stores and better chocolate. Those of you that have ordered before know this. We will have either white chocolate, milk chocolate, or a mix. We will set specific delivery and times. The cost this year is 20.00 for a dozen. You can reply on this with order and you can either vemo or pay cash. Thanks
