Brisket gets the job done. Bonus: It’s a hands-off cut that just requires time and heat:

🔥 On the grill: Set up for indirect heat, keep the temperature low (250–275°F), and let time do the work.
🌡 In the oven: No smoker? No problem. A Dutch oven or roasting pan at 275°F produces tender, flavorful brisket.
⏰ Start early: Give yourself plenty of time and let it rest before slicing.
🥪 Feed a crowd: Slice it for sandwiches or pile it onto rolls with pickles and barbecue sauce.
🌮 Think beyond barbecue: Leftover brisket makes incredible tacos, nachos, or mac and cheese.
