Dear Friends,
As stores and restaurants are reopening all around us, and shopping and dining venues are working hard to keep everyone safe and healthy, we are truly appreciative of the immense support from our loyal customers and first time visitors as The Olive Mill stores transition to the “new normal.” It is gratifying to be asked by so many of our customers - “How are you doing, are you going to make it through these challenging times?” Thanks to friends like you, we are doing better than anticipated and all signs indicate that we will be able to stay open and continue to provide you with the quality Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegars you have come to depend upon to keep “cooking and living healthy.” As our way of saying “thanks,” we are offering “Double Point Days” this weekend in our Carmel, Geneva and Saugatuck stores. Receive double Fivestars reward points for all sales Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Simply respond to the Fivestars announcement you received via text or email and the reward will be activated for your account!
We are still offering “Grab and Go” orders in all of our shops, if you prefer to keep contact to a minimum. Just give us a call and we will bottle your oils and vinegars and have them bagged and ready to “grab and go” just inside the door when you enter our store. If you prefer to shop in person, we ask you to keep a safe distance from other shoppers and staff, and please ask if you would like to have a sample poured or a bottle filled. We will be happy to take care of that for you, safely. Please follow local guidelines on the wearing of masks. Unfortunately, we are still unable to refill bottles as directed by temporary state policies to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus.
Even in these stressful times, our goal is to continue to offer you a relaxing shopping experience, friendly customer service and products to make everything you cook more flavorful and healthful. We sincerely appreciate your continued support and thank you for allowing us to survive the unique challenges of the past four months. Our wish for us all is to be stronger and healthier in the years to come.
