Join us at the Factory Market for an afternoon filled with handmade goods, original art, delicious food, and plenty of reasons to linger.

Our talented makers have been creating, crafting, baking, and preparing and they can’t wait to share it all with you! Come hungry and visit the Chef’s Catering food truck, grab a drink from the bar, and explore an incredible collection of locally made goods inside the gorgeous, historic Cracker Factory.

Meet the Food Truck: Chef’s Catering

Come hungry! Chef’s Catering is bringing its food truck to the Factory Market, and the menu is packed with delicious reasons to stay for lunch!

Choose from four mouthwatering slider options:

Chicken Avocado: bacon, cotija cheese, avocado, pico de gallo, and chipotle aioli.
BBQ Pulled Pork: apple cabbage slaw and BBQ sauce.
Chef’s Burger: cheese, pickles, and meat hot sauce.
Black Bean & Corn Fritter: cotija cheese, avocado, pico de gallo, and chipotle aioli.
Two sliders are $17.68, or try three for $20.80!

Other menu favorites include Chef’s Trash Plate, loaded fries, chicken tenders with fries, homemade cookies, ganache brownies, and chipotle kettle chips.

Vegetarian options are available, and select items can be served without rolls for guests avoiding gluten. Please note that fries and kettle chips share a fryer with gluten-containing foods, and the truck cannot guarantee against cross-contact.

Cash and cards accepted; cash purchases receive a 4% discount!
