SPICY SHRIMP CRISPY RICE 🍤🍣🌶️

Ingredients:
• 1 cup cooked rice
• 1/2 lb shrimp
• 1 tsp Mikey V’s SPG+
• 1 tsp Mikey V’s Garlic Sprinkles
• 3 tbsp mayo
• Mikey V’s Sweet Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce (to taste)
• 1 jalapeño, sliced
• Olive oil
• Soy sauce for dipping

Instructions:

1. Mold rice into a square using saran wrap & chill.
2. Wet your knife before cutting the rice into rectangles so it doesn’t stick.
3. Wet your hands with water and press each piece to hold shape.
4. Fry rice in olive oil until crispy on both sides.
5. Season & cook shrimp, then chop finely.
6. Mix shrimp with mayo + hot sauce.
7. Top crispy rice with shrimp mixture & top with sliced jalapeños. Serve with soy sauce & enjoy!
