No, we’re not doing a full Cinnamon Roll Saturday stand again… BUT you can still order fresh Cinnamon Rolls for Saturday Morning pickup.

Orders started rolling in almost immediately after we opened the books.

Funny enough, we noticed a bunch of you were adding Cinnamon Rolls to your carts… then not checking out. Turns out we had already hit our soft-cap for Saturday orders without realizing it. 😅

Sooooo… we opened up more slots.

If you’ve been craving them, now’s the time to grab your order before we hit the limit again. Once we cap out, that’s it.

Some of you order this every single week.

Like… every single week.

And if you know, you KNOW.

Our Maple Bourbon Pecan Bread has quietly become one of those Copper Spur flavors people wait for the second it comes back onto the menu.

Made with:
• real bourbon (a special bottle that my husband can't touch)
• our Copper Spur Farm Organic Maple Syrup
• toasted pecans
• warm brown sugar notes
• and a rich buttery crumb that somehow stays perfectly balanced without becoming overly sweet.

The maple, bourbon, and toasted pecans melt together into something that honestly doesn’t compare to anything else we make.

It’s rich.
Warm.
Nutty.
Perfect with coffee.

And the aroma while it’s warming up?
Absolutely ridiculous.

This is one of our rotational flavors on the new Copper Spur menu, which means once it drops off… it may be a while before it returns again.

Our website is finally LIVE 🎉

That means you can now enjoy your Copper Spur favorites throughout the week — not just on Saturdays.

Every week, we’ll be updating the menu with fresh baked goods, seasonal favorites, and limited-run items. Most baked goods are made fresh to order and typically require a 2-day lead time, so planning ahead is highly recommended.

We intentionally limit the number of orders we accept each day to ensure everything is baked fresh and never rushed.

Current menu favorites include:
• Fresh Sourdough Boules
• Bagels
• Cookies
• English Muffins
• Sweet Breads
• Sandwich Loaves
…and more coming weekly.

This Saturday 8am - Sellout

By popular demand, we’re doing a SMALL Saturday Morning Cinnamon Roll Run at Copper Spur Farm.

Not a full Open Farm Market.
Not a full bakery spread.
Not the full sourdough tables.

Just a quiet little insider morning for those of you actually seeing this post. 👀

We’ll have:
• Fresh Cinnamon Rolls
• Our in-stock Teas
• Honey & Infused Honey
• A few shelf-stable / hard good favorites

BUT — please do NOT come expecting the full lineup of:
❌ Sourdough Boules
❌ Sweet Breads
❌ English Muffins
❌ Bagels
❌ Full bakery tables

This is intentionally small.

No giant tractor billboard out front.
No big public setup.
Just open gates, a couple small signs, and the people “in the know.” 🤫

Honestly… these little quiet mornings are usually the wild ones. The line tends to form before we even officially open the gates. Some of you already know how this goes. 😂

The good news:
The new website is FINALLY almost ready to launch, which means soon you’ll be able to place orders online whenever you want instead of stalking us for Cinnamon Rolls every weekend. 😅

Okay… we need honest feedback from you guys. 👀

It’s been almost TWO WEEKS since our last regular season Open Farm Market… and apparently some of you are experiencing severe cinnamon roll withdrawal. 😂

The amount of messages, preorder requests, and “PLEASE tell me you still have cinnamon rolls” comments has honestly caught us off guard.

So now we’re debating something…

What if we opened THIS SATURDAY morning for a very limited “essentials-only” mini market?

Not the full market setup… just the staples everyone keeps asking for:
🥐 Cinnamon Rolls
🍯 Honeys
🫖 Teas
🌱 Plants
…and maybe a few surprise staples if we can pull it off.

Before we commit to cranking out dozens of Cinnamon Rolls for a Saturday morning pop-up… we need to know:

IF we do this, it will be a limited Open Market, likely only from 8am - 9am or 10am at the latest. There will be big signage... just a secret for all of you insiders and/or followers.

Okay… stepping WAY back into October of last year again… 👀🍎🍯

Who here was lucky enough to grab a bottle of this stuff before it disappeared? 😭

This started as a complete experiment.

Fresh green apples 🍏
A mix of other apples we dehydrated ourselves 🍎
Whole cinnamon sticks ✨
And a few secret spices to boost the fall flavors. 😂
+ of course, citric acid for stability...

First, it became what was probably one of my favorite infused honeys we’ve ever made… Apple Cinnamon Honey. 🤤

But after the long infusion process, we were left with all these honey-soaked apples and cinnamon sticks sitting in the bottom of the jars…

And instead of throwing them away… we got curious. 😅

So we simmered everything down into an Apple Cinnamon Syrup.

Originally, it was just supposed to be for a Sunday breakfast at home.

But the second it hit pancakes and waffles… it tasted like pouring warm apple pie over breakfast. 🥞🔥

Those of you who bought the little bottle immediately came back for the big one. 😂

And then… within a couple weeks… it was completely gone.

BUT WAIT. We still weren’t done experimenting. 😅

After simmering the syrup, we dehydrated EVERYTHING all over again… packed it into a quart mason jar… poured 40% ABV over the top… and let it sit until Christmas. 🎄🥃

The flavor was absolutely ridiculous. So concentrated you could barely sip it straight.

Until we discovered something dangerous… 👀

Adding a splash of it into warm apple cider.

To this day, one of the best things we’ve ever accidentally created. 😂

Now I need to know…

We officially started Copper Spur Farm in September… and honestly, I still can’t believe what has happened in just 7 months. 🤯

As we’ve been finishing up the new website and sorting through old product photos… OH. MY. GOODNESS. 😳😂

Why did you guys even buy this stuff back then?!?! Hahaha. I’m genuinely embarrassed by some of the things we put out in the beginning. The difference between THEN & NOW is WILD.

But at the same time… it’s kind of emotional seeing how far this little farm stand has come because of YOU guys. ❤️

So over the next few days, I’m going to start posting some “THEN vs NOW” photos as we discover them while working on the website. 👀

Okay… we officially owe some people an apology this morning. 😬

Jennifer (the baker behind all your cinnamon rolls, sourdough, cookies, and sweet breads) is currently out of town, and the girls and I have spent the morning watching car after car try to pull into the farm stand. Honestly, it’s been kind of heartbreaking.

To make matters worse… the new website that was supposed to launch this week has fought us every step of the way. Every bug imaginable. Every setback possible. What should have been simple has turned into an absolute nightmare behind the scenes.

Meanwhile, out of pure determination to get your baked goods fix 😂... many of you somehow found our OLD Bakesy ordering link and started placing orders through it.

Here’s the crazy part:
We had NO idea the old app was still active.

A customer called this morning asking about cinnamon roll pickup, which tipped me off that something was wrong. Sure enough… there were a bunch of orders sitting in the old system waiting for us.

So if you recently placed an online order:
📞 Check your voicemail/messages.
I’m personally reaching out to everyone today to confirm pickup dates and times.

And for everyone who tried stopping by this morning…
there’s a good chance you never saw our Facebook posts announcing that we shifted into Summer Operations.

We’re not gone.
We’re not closing.
We’re just trying to survive the chaos of building a better system while juggling farm life, family life, and a one-person bakery operation. 😂

I’m actively working on the new website every single day and fighting through the issues as fast as possible so we can finally make ordering easier for everyone.
