Shepherd's Hut Market will be closed this Saturday for Gilford Old Home Day. Following this week I will be reducing Saturday hours to 10- 12, or by appointment (603-393-4696). Welcome to Shepherd's Hut Market! Located at 637 Morrill Street in Gilford, we are your home for the best lamb you can get. Whether you like chops, kabob, roasts, shanks, stew meat or ground lamb, we have excellent information about cooking lamb, seasonings, and free recipes.
We make our own maple syrup and have availability in sizes up to Quart size. We also have locally produced maple sugar, maple candy, & maple cream. Wozz Kitchen Creations are another super good product for cooking up your best treats - and you can taste them first. Try some lamb with Middle Eastern Shawarma or North African Chermoula. Looking for a dip for dumplings- try ginger soy, sweet orange chili, or Vietnamese chili mint lime sauces. They also make great marinades. Other flavors are available as well.
