Turkey zucchini meatball recipe, these are delicious and so easy to make. I included pics and you can substitute with whichever protein you prefer. I made a huge batch so you can change amounts as well.
Grate 3 large green zucchini and 3 large yellow zucchini into a bowl, add a little salt and let sit, you will need to squeeze all the extra water out. It takes a few times to get all the water out, I use a towel.
3lbs ground turkey add 3 eggs, Italian breadcrumbs, and Parmesan cheese mix well.
Add drained zucchini into bowl and mix well.
Roll into balls and then roll into bread crumbs. I put them in the fridge for an hour before I cook them.
I fry them in olive oil but you could bake instead.
After frying, put in a baking pan with sauce and and bake in the oven until center is no longer pink. Usually 375 degrees for 45 minutes.

We are now picking our own grown sweet corn! Our corn was grown without the use of synthetic pesticides. It was grown naturally. The “old school” way. The trade off for the corn being grown without synthetic pesticides is you may find the aftermath of a worm that nibbled the tip of the corn a bit. Don’t worry that is perfectly safe and natural, just cut the tip off and enjoy the rest! Thanks and have a great day.

Gorgeous heirloom tomatoes and heirloom cherry tomatoes are in. Our own tomatoes are also available along with zucchini and purple eggplant. We have many varieties of peppers; ivory, sweet banana and cubanelle. Lots of eggplants to choose from including white and fairytale. In our freezer we have buffalo burgers, and pizzas that are ready for the grill along with Jersey potatoes and corn. We are open until 6 today. Have a great day!
