It’s the last of the bicolor Jersey corn and tomatoes. We have fresh picked potatoes and a large variety of apples. Apple c***r in the fridge and turkey pot pies in the freezer. Stop in for a key lime pie and ice cream. Have a great Saturday! We are open until 6 today. See you at the farm!

We are open today 10-6. We have lots of Fall decorations to brighten up the yard. Pumpkins, gourds, mums and beautiful pots of celosia. Inside we have apples, corn, tomatoes and delicious key lime pies. Have a great day!

Turkey zucchini meatball recipe, these are delicious and so easy to make. I included pics and you can substitute with whichever protein you prefer. I made a huge batch so you can change amounts as well.
Grate 3 large green zucchini and 3 large yellow zucchini into a bowl, add a little salt and let sit, you will need to squeeze all the extra water out. It takes a few times to get all the water out, I use a towel.
3lbs ground turkey add 3 eggs, Italian breadcrumbs, and Parmesan cheese mix well.
Add drained zucchini into bowl and mix well.
Roll into balls and then roll into bread crumbs. I put them in the fridge for an hour before I cook them.
I fry them in olive oil but you could bake instead.
After frying, put in a baking pan with sauce and and bake in the oven until center is no longer pink. Usually 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
