I just wanted to let everyone in the Gilman WI area know. There is 3 feet of frost by us. We were working on a water line.

Well we are done for the year this year. Not for sure on the tally yet but I believe we're around 800 gallons.

Good morning everyone. Me are tapped and up and running. We will be cooking today. We are buying sap also paying 14 cents a point this year. We hope everyone has a good year.

Well we finished up the season just shy of 1300 gallons of syrup. Season just wasn't quite what it should have been but that's ok. We still enjoyed every minute of it.

Well we're having a good year so far. Over 800 gallons of syrup made and a week or two to go yet. Looking like a good year.

First day cooking this year. Made 90 gallons of syrup in 11 hours with the crappy weather. Was a productive day.

We have decided to not hold an open house this year. However we are open for business. You are welcome to stop in and see the operation pending the weather if we can put on a show for you. We also have lots of products available for sale.
