We are getting extremely busy with hoagie fundraisers for parents and hoagie sales. I'm probably going to make a section of the one deli for just for for that reason. It's pretty hard doing some of these fundraisers on the line while we are busy making hoagies for customers. This is actually a great thing. So we might cut off part of the dining area and get more prep sandwich coolers and have employees just at that station to make the hoagies for fundraisers and hoagie sales.
Im still in the process of doing hoagie fundraisers for schools. Stay tuned on that

Never to early to get those orders in for Halloween day. Its one of our busiest days of the year. .

Ok I made a steak hoagie for myself. It was good. But I won't serve it to customers. So I'm going to tweak it some. Ill let you know if the taste test is still on fir Tuesday and Wednesday. Like I said its good but good enough

Who likes meatball hoagies. Im working on that too. I almost got the perfect sauce. Still messing around with it. After the steak and cheese taste test I'm gonna do a taste test for meatballs. But I need the most bazaar reason I should pick you. Keep it kinda clean. We have some " i can't believe you post that. You are a business owner. Do better " people that follow us and like to complain on things i post. Bite me.Thats kinda what I wanted for taste testers for steak and cheese. I should have proof read it before i posted and people started commenting. But I will go with the lame ass answers like pick me for the steak and cheese.
