Fika Farmstead Bakery Professional pastry chef since 2010, cottage baker since 2015, specialize in scandinavian style Danish similar to croissants.

Farmstand bakery coming spring 2026 🤞 The dream is to one day buy 1-5 acres of land, be self sustainable providing flavored goods with fruits and veggies grown on the farm where mostly flour and sugars are what I need to get from the store. Until then I grow as much as I can at my small home just outside the twin cities.
