Salsa Ildi I have been making salsa for family and friends for many years. It is a family favorite and always requested for get togethers. I love doing this!

Becoming unemployed recently motivated me to start my own business Salsa Ildi LLC. My salsa is made with only the freshest ingredients and when available I use locally grown vegatables. I currently sell on Sundays @ Tonopah Rob's Farmers' Market @ The Stock Shop,67th Ave & Thunderbird and my salsa is on the shelves @ Tempe Farmers' Market 805 S. Farmer Ave, corner of University and Farmer. I love

the atmosphere of the farmers markets, love meeting and talking to new people and having them sample my salsa. There is no better sound than someone saying " Ummmm, this is good!"

It is with a heavy heart that I have to tell you I will not be making and selling salsa any longer. The circumstances are happy but they do not allow me to continue with Salsa Ildi. Hopefully in the future I will be able to pick up where I left off and take the company to a new level. Thank you all for your support this past year. I am wishing you all a new year full of love, happiness and health!

Gift cards are now available for Salsa Ildi! You can buy a $7.00 one ( good for any 8oz size salsa and 1 bag of chips) or a $10.00 one ( good for any 16oz salsa and 1 bag of chips). Great gift idea! Since my salsa needs to be refrigerated, it is difficult to give as a gift as is. With these gifts cards I have an order form, my contact information and locations to pick up the orders. The recipient of your gift just needs to email or call me their order and I will have it available for them to pick up @ one of the markets listed on the back of the card. If this is not good for them, I will deliver! I hope this helps you last minute shoppers and what a unique gift! Is everyone staying dry out there? The markets have been really slow and with my family commitments I will not be selling at the markets this week. Place your orders with me and pick them up at these markets to make sure you have your salsa and chips for the holidays! I will have gift cards $7 good for 1 8 oz salsa and 1 bag of chips and $10 card good for 1 16 oz salsa and 1 bag of chips. Friday morning I will be Mesa Community Farmers' Market from 9-1pm, Saturday @ Avondale Market from 8-noon @ Friendship Park 128th Ave & McDowell. OMG I can not believe I have not posted here in so long!! Not good for business! Anyway I have been working hard on getting a new salsa out and it is ready! Please welcome JicaBerry Salsa. It is Cranberries, Jicama, Orange and Lime Juice, Jalopeno, Cilantro, Orange Marmalade,Honey, Nutmeg and Clove. Absolutely delicious with my Autumn Chips! Had it with Turkey on Thanksgiving and it was marvelous! It is Wednesday and I will be Twilight Farmers' Market of Glendale, AZ from 4-7 tonight. Friday morning Mesa Community Farmers' Market from 9-1, no market on Saturday but I will be @ the Stock Shop on Sunday from 8-12 located @ 67th Ave & Thunderbird. This is the market where it all started! I am offering all my usual good stuff @ each market except my PeachPine Chipotle Salsa has changed to ApricotPine Chipotle. I can not get peaches anymore so I substitued dried apricots and it is delicious! Hope to see you all out there!

Happy Wednesday All! I was only kidding when I said summer was officially over, hahaha!!At least the evenings are cool so come on out tonight to Twilight Farmers' Market of Glendale, AZ from 4-7pm and get some of my fresh salsas and chips! My salsa is again on the shelves Tempe Farmers Market. I make my weekly delivery on Friday so the weekend has fresh salsa! Friday I am Mesa Community Farmers' Market from 9-1pm and Sunday Ahwatukee Farmers Market. No market for me on Saturday, I will be moving next weekend so Saturday is packing day, fun, fun fun...hope to see you all out there, remember you will love it after one taste!

Happy Wednesday All! Tonight Twilight Farmers' Market of Glendale, AZ, I will debut my new PeachPine Chipotle Salsa and my new PumApple PearNut Salsa. My KiFuBerry salsa has out of season ingredients so I am replacing it with my PumApple. It is made with Pumpkin, Apple, Pear, Walnut, Raisins and Maple Syrup. Another sweet salsa to enjoy with my Autumn Chips. My PeachPine is made with Peach, Pineapple, Red onion, Red pepper, Garlic, Cilantro, Lime and Apricot Preserve. Starts out sweet and finishes with a bit of hot, absolutely yummy!
