Hey, guys! We have a long weekend coming up, and a husker football game! We thought since there will be plenty of get togethers and football parties this weekend we would put our heat and serve sliced pork, and brisket on SALE for you guys!

7.5 lbs of slow smoked and sliced brisket
-only $100!

7.5 lbs of smoked and thin sliced pork
-only $60!

7.5 lbs of beef or pork will make 25-30 sandwiches

We also did some more hog quarters again since we had some overflow orders from last time. We made some extra ones up so we do have 11 of those extra ones available! They are the same as the last batch we did and are running about $170 each.

5- 1lb packs of bacon
5 pkgs.- regular bratwurst
8 pkgs- breakfast sausage.

Price per pound of take home product: $4/lb

Each quarter will range from 39-42lbs
Cost will range from $160-$170 per quarter

Hey guys, the weekend is almost here!

We just made up a fresh batch of 6 oz char patties to restock, we have plenty of prime strip steaks left, and a little bit of sliced pork and brisket left. Also, plenty of other items in stock and ready for the grill!

Hey, everyone! Its 4th of July week, and if you're still trying to figure out what's going on the grill/smoker this weekend we have you covered! We have

-prime grade new York strips at only $15.50/lb

- prime grade ribeyes at $20/lb

- choice ribeyes at $17.50/lb

- boneless pork loins at $3.20/lb

But the real deal is if you want to just sit back and relax and still enjoy some top notch smoked meats without the hastle!

We have slow smoked, thin sliced pork ready to heat and serve for sandwiches!

-only $10/lb And ready to pick up on Thursday and Friday!

And briskets are getting seasoned up and going on the smoker this morning! They will be slow smoked, sliced, and ready to heat and serve as well!

2- 8 oz wagyu flat iron steaks
2- 10 oz wagyu denver steaks

Hey, guys! We have some BEEF BUNDLES availabe!

We have 15 available

Items included in bundles:

-14 assorted steaks (2 steaks per pkg.)
Steaks include ribeyes, sirloins, and t-bones

-3 assorted roasts approx 3 lbs each

-3 packages of tenderize round steak

-15 pounds of ground beef in 1 lb packs

We are charging only $8.50/lb on the total finished weight of the bundle. That means you are getting steaks, roast, and quality hamburger for roughly $1-$1.50 more than the cost of a pound of walmart ground beef!

Bundle weights range from the lightest costing $298.35 to the heaviest costing $323.85

We also have a few other beef items available

- 2 boxes of meaty neck bones $3/lb- 1- 10 lb box, and 1- 7.36 lb box

-1 box chuck short ribs- 15.9 lbs- $120

-1 box sirloin flap (carne ranchera)- 13.5lbs- $120

We also have a bunch of kidney fat for rendering into tallow. Roughly 20 lb bags of that for $1/lb, and we have bones for dogs available as well. 2 to 3 large bones per package for $10/pack!

Hey guys, we have a few small sides of beef available! $4.50/lb on the carcass weight, and this price includes processing! Halves will range from $1,219.50 to $1,494.00. These are small halves so they will be sold as halves only, and will not be split into quarters.
