Hey guys, we have a few small sides of beef available! $4.50/lb on the carcass weight, and this price includes processing! Halves will range from $1,219.50 to $1,494.00. These are small halves so they will be sold as halves only, and will not be split into quarters. We have been working on getting a list of items and prices on here so everyone can see what we all keep stocked. We will keep this updated as prices and available products change! Of course we have our snack sticks, jerky, and summer sausage available as well. If you don't see something on this list that you are looking for please call and ask us! We can typically get it if we don't have it in stock. There are only 2 of us in the shop working and trying to get product out the door, so we will get back to voicemail and messages as soon as we get time to do so!

Our hours are
Monday- 8-4
Tuesday- 8-4 (after hours pick up until 6pm)
Wednesday- closed for beef slaughter
Thursday-8-4 (after hours pick up until 6pm)
Friday- 8-4
Saturday and sunday- closed

Please call and schedule after hours pick ups!
We know our hours aren't the easiest to make it in for everyone, so just call and we will work with you to make sure you can get in and get what you need!

Hey, everyone! We have been too busy with custom processing to keep up on all of our retail items, so we apologize if we have been out of any products that you have been wanting. We are getting caught up, and we are getting everything stocked back up and ready for grilling season as fast as we can!

We have 40 day wet aged wagyu ribeyes available! $40/lb

If that's not your style, we have plenty of other great steak options on hand!

We also have bacon cheddar, and jalapeño cheddar brat patties back in stock as well as 9 different flavors of brats available!

Hey, we hope you all had a great Christmas!

We will be running a sale on wagyu ground beef!! You will have from now until January 6th to get your orders in. It will be sold in 18 pound cases. They will come frozen in 18 - 1lb vaccuum sealed packages per case. They will be $100 per case. Some will be ready to pick up on monday january 5th and the later orders will be ready to be picked up on Thursday the 8th. Please call or text the shop at 402-705-4421. Hello everyone! we have been very busy as of late, so we apologize that we haven't been posting any deals on here lately... but it is that time of year again for holiday gift boxes! We have 3 available again this year.

-1 pkg marinated chicken tenders
-2 bacon wrapped pork ribeyes
-1 pkg snack sticks
-1 pkg beef patties
-2 prime 8 oz sirloin steaks
-2 bone in frenched pork chops
-1 pkg bacon

$100 steak box
- 2 prime new York strip steaks
- 2 prime sirloin steaks
- 2 high choice thick-cut ribeye steaks
- 1 bottle of seasoning

$120 gift box
- 2 ribeye steaks
- 1 pkg marinated pork chops
- 1 pkg marinated chicken
- 2 twice baked potatoes
- 1 pkg bacon
- 2 bacon wrapped pork ribeyes
- 1 pkg beef patties
- 2 bacon wrapped tenderloin filets
- 2 smoked pork chops.

Please get orders in by December 16th if possible! If you would like to order custom gift boxes we do those as well. Just call in and let us know how many, what price, and what you would like in them! We do also still have some choice prime ribs in stock at our $17.99 price. When those run out the price will most likely go up so the sooner we get your order the better!

We will be open normal business hours (Tuesday, tuesday, Thursday, friday from 8-4) from now until December 22nd. The 22nd and 23d we will be open from 8am-6:30pm to allow time for everyone to get in and get gift boxes, prime ribs, and other orders picked up. We will be closed the 24th-28th, and dec. 31st- Jan. 4th.

Hey, guys! We will be closed tomorrow for the 4th of July. We also had some orders for our pulled pork, and our thin sliced smoked pork, so we made some extra! We have it fresh ready to pick up in 6 pound aluminum pans. If you're looking for an easy heat and serve meal for the holiday weekend, stop in and grab some pork!

Pulled or sliced are only $50 per 6lb pan and feed 20-25 people!

Price per pound of take home product: 3.39/lb

Each quarter will range from 39-45 lbs

Hey guys! After a lot of contemplating and weighing out our options, we have decided to update our hours in order to have more time available for our family outside of work. The hours will go as follows, and begin on May 19th.

Monday- 8-4

Tuesday- 8-4 (scheduled pick ups available 4-6pm.)

Wednesday- closed

Thursday- 8-4 (scheduled pick ups available 4-6pm.)

Friday- 8-4

Saturday/Sunday- CLOSED

We understand that this may inconvenience some of you and we do apologize for that. We will continue to do our best to work with all of our customers. Please schedule pick ups for Tuesdays and Thursdays ahead of time! We thank you for your understanding, and continued support of our business.

Hey, we hope you all had a great Easter weekend!

This week we have 1lb packs of pork breakfast sausage on sale, only $2.29/lb now through saturday!!

We also know that graduations, and other events are starting to get closer, and we are now offering cooked, and sliced pork and brisket! It is smoked in house, and it comes in foil pans with lids ready to heat and serve!

For larger events (20 or more pounds) please order a couple weeks in advance! We can also get you prices on side items, and buns to go with it.

Smoked brisket- $13.99/lb
Sliced pork- $8.99/lb
