Now Hiring: Shift Manager
Rosie’s Delicatessen | Glenwood, MD
Rosie’s Delicatessen is looking for an experienced Shift Manager to help lead day-to-day operations and keep each shift running smoothly. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows restaurants, likes people, and doesn’t panic when it gets busy. Because it will.
What you’ll do:
• Oversee daily shift operations
• Lead and support team members
• Run the POS and handle orders/payments
• Deliver strong, genuine customer service
• Assist with food prep, cooking, and coffee/espresso drinks
• Ensure health and safety compliance
• Handle escalated guest issues calmly and professionally
What we’re looking for:
• Previous restaurant or shift management experience
• Solid understanding of food service operations
• POS system proficiency
• Inventory awareness
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle pressure without losing your cool
Position details:
• Full-time
• Up to $24/hour including Tips
