The farm lost a dear friend, that was more like family yesterday. Charlie Bishop has always been a huge supporter of the farm and the Marshall family. He actually helped build the very first farm stand with my dad and two older brothers, Billy and Timmy. Charlie and his wife Marge raised four great kids on the vegetables and products the farm has carried. Some say Marge is at the farm more than even Marshall family members. The Bishops are a huge part of the community here in West Gloucester. If I had a nickel for every Bruins game Marge brought me or a sibling to, I’d be a rich man. Charlie was always there to lend a hand or to just shoot the s**t. My father would call him sweet pea, then my brother Billy called him that as well. When Billy passed away, I started calling him that too. I know I called him that the last time I spoke to him. RIP sweet pea 🙏🙏🙏💔💔💔❤️❤️❤️
