Pigeon Cove Ferments Pigeon Cove Ferments is a family-owned fermenting company based out of Gloucester MA. We make sauerkraut, kimchi & kombucha.

Our products are raw, vegan, gluten free, nutrient dense, probiotic rich and free of any preservatives or additives. Pigeon Cove Ferments sauerkrauts are made with locally sourced cabbage from Northshore Massachusetts farms and our salt is harvested from the North Atlantic ocean. We are proud to support our local farmers and believe strongly in community driven agriculture. We work only with farme

We got the keys to our first kitchen in July 2016 and it’s been a wild ride ever since.

We are beyond grateful for the support and appreciate every purchase made, every kind word, every constructive criticism, every piece of advice, every challenge, all of it.
