We won’t let these summer storms stop us! We’re back tomorrow at the parking lot across the street from our usual location just in case the weather turns.

We’ll have fresh produce starting closer to 2 PM so come on out early and grab an ice-cold smoothie if it’s hot!

We’re back! 🌦️

After disappointing cancellations due to severe summer weather the past two weeks, we are thrilled to return just in time for Farmers Market Appreciation Week.

Tuesday’s market:
📍Location: NAPA Parking Lot (across the street from our usual spot) for easy access, rain or shine
🍉Fresh Produce: Little Green Farm will be ready starting after 2 PM so come early for sustainably and intentionally grown fresh produce using non-GMO seeds
🪁Special Guests: Please give a warm welcome to the Kids Markets joining us this week
🎤Live Music: Enjoy tunes from Malcolm Pulley
🍴Food Trucks: Rama's Smoothies Cafe and Christopher Quarles are holding it down for Goochland

This week also marks a major milestone: 15 years of SNAP at Virginia farmers markets (since 2011), making farmers markets more accessible and bringing in more customers for local farms.

Due to severe weather forecasts and damaging wind gusts expected right during market hours, Goochland County Administration has made the tough decision to cancel today’s Farmers Market for the safety of our vendors, staff, and community.

We absolutely hate canceling, especially two weeks in a row! 💔 But we’re already working on a reliable indoor backup plan so bad weather won’t stop us in the future. Stay tuned for details on that soon!

Our amazing vendors (especially our bakers and produce!) have heaps of fresh, delicious goods ready to sell. Keep an eye on our Stories today to see how you can connect directly with them and grab your fresh treats!
