🍅🍑 TOMATO PEACH SALAD 🍑🍅

- 4 tomatoes
- 4 peaches
- 6 cherry tomatoes halved
- 3 teaspoons white balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
- fresh basil leaves
- fresh mint leaves

Cut tomatoes and peaches into wedges. Cut cherry tomatoes in half. Season tomatoes with salt and pepper. Let sit for a few minutes. Then toss gently with peaches with 2 teaspoon of vinegar.

Arrange on serving plate. Drizzle with remaining vinegar. Garnish with fresh basil and mint.

Optional: use olive oil as well and crumble feta cheese on top! 😋
