⚠️🛑 CRITICAL MDOT DETOUR UPDATE 🛑 ⚠️

Last night (5/29), MDOT placed dozens of additional and very confusing detour signs throughout our townships in advance of their 2026 chip and fog seal project which begins Monday, June 1.

We are so very sorry for the confusion to travelers attempting to reach us and we empathize with your frustration.

To help mitigate the poor communication and confusing signage, each day for the duration of the project, we will post at 8am, the very best way to reach our store coming from HS and CV. We appreciate your shares.

As of today 5/30 M-119 remains OPEN with exception of the Easter Flood detours noted below that have been in place since March/April.

Ignore additional signs, enjoy your travels, and stay tuned daily as we help you navigate this State of Michigan circus. We'll do our best to answer questions below. Be safe, friends! 🙏🏽

Don't walk, run. Our spin on the traditional Reuben includes a quarter pound of Sy Ginsberg's first cut corned beef topped with kraut and pickled onions and drizzled with Ginny's Deli Sauce. Toasted to perfection and your lunch is served. ❤️

Today we remember. We honor. And we remain forever grateful for all those who lost their lives defending the freedoms of our great nation. 🙏🏽 BZs to the crew at U.S. Coast Guard Air Station Traverse City who offered another stellar wreath drop and bow during today's ceremony (a continued tradition started by our very own USCG Aircraft Commander Jimbo). Harbor Springs is a lucky community to have such dedicated neighbors and friends making today special. 🇺🇸 P.S. Shout out to A.R. Pontius Flower Shop for the beautiful wreath we delivered to AIRSTA TC yesterday. ❤️
