The 2025 season might have wrapped up but we haven't put the final touches on it yet. We gather together today for the 2025 debriefing and 2026 pre planning meeting. The market is always working in some fashion year around! So I call all vendors, customers, and anyone that would maybe like to get involved with the market to join us! 6 pm today at the 4H extention office at the fair grounds. Most definitely open to the public.

We love to know what you enjoyed this year, what we can improve on and what might your ideas might be. We have some board seats opening up so this would be a great chance to be involved and help make the market even better in 2026.

Some of our favorite things!

I can't believe I'm post our last market already! What a season it has been. 🥰 I can't thank everyone enough: vendors, customers, the board, Gooding child Nutrition team, and everyone that came, who shared/liked our posts, people that share by word of month, donated and helped keep this small dream alive one more year. Thank you! ❤️

It has been a year of our wonderful regulars, meeting new faces and stretching our wing to bring more to the community. I feel so blessed in knowing I had a small part of something so special.

Even though this week will be our last week of the 2025 season there is still opportunities to be part of the market. On Oct 14th we will be holding our 2025 debrief and 2026 pre-planning meeting. Our public relations board position is open for re-election and we would love to have someone fill that space. If you ever thought about being a part of the market without being a vendor we would love to have you. This meeting is open to the public. Again Oct 14 at 6 pm. Located at the 4H extention office at the fair grounds. Obligations would be up to 3 meetings to attend and support through phone/text as manager needs.

So come support the vendors that survived to the end!!! Give them a big send out. Also don't forget to ask how you can support them through the winter as I know they would appreciate that. God bless and see you in the 2026 season!

We may be close to wrapping up the season but we aren't done yet!!! We have our seed swap today! 🥳 Bring your seeds and see what you can exchange for your garden!

We will still have delicious baked goods, late season produce, milk, beef, eggs, flowers, and one of a kind handmade gifts.
We have 2 more opportunities to support the Gooding Farmers Market and all the vendors for 2025.

Dreams really do come true!!

Oh my gosh! The seed to table dinner was enchanting. I have had this dream for many years now and never knew quite how to execute it. As a manager, I want the market to grow, do something magical but to make it happen, it took the community!!!

The day and night was perfect! Weather was everything I prayed for. The vendors put forth amazing products and energy as they do every week. Teaming up with Anji Branch and the Gooding Children Nutrition team was inspiring and uplifting. Adan David Callsen, (Under the Table) was spectacular and the food was top notch. Working with Leah Scott and her FCCLA kids was soul filling. Listening to the beautiful music of Mr. Laib was so soothing and grounding for a girl that needed it the most. Thank you to all that came to enjoy the evening. Your smiles, your excitement and general glee was infectious.

I, as the market manager want to thank everyone involved. Everyone in the market, involved in the dinner and for for being the astounding community I have known and loved for so many years. I am so blessed to call Gooding my home and honored to fill a very small part in making it great.

Also a huge thank you to Tami Mulliner for taking all the breath taking pictures!! Taking that time as you enjoyed your evening really meant the world to us and allowing us to share them. The rest are just my feeble attempt to capture a few moments.

There are so many things happening at the market today!!

First off, there might be some slight confussion about the dinner and the market. Both are happening side by side!

So come enjoy the vendors offering as you normally do. Hours are the same- 2 to 6 pm. Gardens are wrapping up but produce is still available. Fall flavors have hit the market like pumpkin bread and pecan pie! Pumpkins for decorating or making a pie of your own.

And the dinner will be happening at the park as well!! So you will see some vendors two stepping it as we help get things ready for the dinner event and help provide you with what you need. If you want to join come visit us at thr infromation booth! It's a dinner event!

To check in for the dinner visit the market information both and we'll get you all settled.

Also we are giving away the sweet scarecrow quilt that "Sew What" has graciously donated. You can buy your raffle tickets up till 5 pm.

It will be a perfect day to see the market!! You might be surpise on what you find, I know we had some last week that were amazed on what treasures they found.

Raise your hand if you store away enough tomatos to make you choke in September 🙋‍♀️

If you do and find that you need some more come visit Leon and Sally today to fill out your jars. They are offering tomatoes at $1 per pound. If you can pre order that would even be better. Call Leon at 208 420 1354 so he can bring you what you need!

The market will have a bunch of other things today. Get your dinner from the market today. From salad to dessert you can find it all.

Leon and Sally Overton wanted me to announce a tomato sale for them. They will be selling them at $1 per pound!!! Did you get all you tomato canning done? If not, now may be the time. They want to bring plenty for everyone so if you know you want some please call Leon and pre-order so they can bring what you need. 208-420-1354

We may be feeling the chill of fall air but the market is just heating up. All the produce is here and waiting for you to pick your favorites.
We are open from 2 to 6 pm today!!

Today is the last day to get the tickets on early bird special for our seed to table dinner!! 75 dollars each but with each additional ticket we knock off 25 dollars. So that means more the merrier!! Come with spouses, friends, neighbors or a new friend off the street. Enjoy good food provided by the vendors, cooked by Chef Adan, and hosted by Gooding Farmers Market and Gooding Child Nutrition program. Help us make this a success!!!

Don't forget to collect seeds from your garden for our seed swap we are hosting one Sept 30th. Time to collect and exchange things for your 2026 garden!!

Also pick up your raffle tickets for the beautiful, and sweet quilt handcrafted and graciously donated by Sew What! Proceeds go towards the market to make it better for future years.
