The Kirk Family has reopened Kirk Fish Company and started off with a bang! Our goal is to keep the commercial fishermen alive and keep the public supplied with only the freshest local seafood. No farm- raised, no imports (except our killer Salmon and Dry-pac sea scallops). We are home to several commercial boats that keep our retail market supplied with their daily catches. e Crabs, we catch them, cook them, and crack them for you! You'll also find fresh Grouper, Snapper, or whatever the fishermen catch and beautiful Gulf Pink Shrimp! Come by Goodland to see us and the new and improved Kirk Fish Company! The retail market follows stone crab season and is open October-May.

We will be open through Saturday, May 2. Call and place orders soon or just stop in and see us one last time before season closes for the year. Season is winding down and the fishermen are steadily bringing their traps back home! We are fully stocked today but expect to start running low towards the end of next week. Be sure to stop in and stock your freezer for the summer. Open Monday-Saturday 10-5 **Saturday, May 2nd will be our last day open this season! We hope to see you all this week 😊

Mother Nature put on a show this afternoon while the crabbers were busy unloading traps! Stone Crab season ends May 1st! All of our crabbers have been bringing traps back in. Over the summer, every trap is handled- checked for breaks, repaired, cleaned and the next season’s mandatory, state-issued tag is attached.

We will be open through May 2nd- normal hours. Then closed up for the summer! Be sure to stop in at get one more claw fix or stock the freezers!
