We are here today for all your grilling needs for this Memorial Day weekend! We will be here till 1 PM today. We will be closed on Monday. Come see Kenzie today at the shop and be sure to wish her a happy birthday!

We will be closed on Monday, May 25th, for Memorial Day. Be sure to stock up for your weekend and holiday grilling this week! We will be at the shop on Saturday, May 23rd from 9-1!

Good Saturday morning! We are at the shop till 1 PM today! We’ve got beef, pork, chicken, and lamb. We also have our lunch meats and cheeses. Come see us to get your meat for the week!

We still have some hogs available if you’re interested! We will also have some available in a couple weeks! Let us know if you’d like one or a half. Ballpark $200 a half plus processing.

We have some butcher hogs available if anyone is interested in 1/2 or whole hog! They are $2.25 a pound (hanging weight) plus processing and should hang around 200 pounds. There are only a few left if you are interested give us a call at 417-364-8115 or message us on Facebook.

Good Tuesday after noon! It has been a while since we've had a chance to post, we've been pretty busy. We wanted to update everyone we now have cheddar jalapeño summer sausage available for purchase. We have added a few more retail items so if it's been a while stop in. We also got approved this week to start making sandwiches so be looking for that in the upcoming days! Thank you and God Bless!
