** NEWS RELEASE FROM THE GOVERNORS OFFICE **

Tomorrow, February 2, is Groundhog Day. In anticipation of Groundhogs exiting their underground burrows throughout New York State, Gov. Cuomo has instituted a State of Emergency and has declared that all citizens remain off of ALL roads until further notice. Additionally, all citizens must remain indoors as to not disturb or interfere with what Coumo refers to as this "highly technical" forecasting method with which to predict the remaining length of Winter.
