I am getting ready to sell everything out of the shop including the cooler. I have had many people express an interest in items so if you want something give a deposit and I will tag it as yours or come get it. Thanks! Here is the current list:

8' cutting board table $225

1 dehydrator $175 SOLD
1 #32 grinder with extra plates/tubes $150
1 Cuber that attaches to grinder $150
1 cuber with small motor $125
3 bay stainless sink with commercial faucet $250
meat tubs $5 ea
gambrels $5 ea
digital scale $20
8' x 14' cooler. You have to get the system evacuated prior to taking apart. Buyer is responsible for removing. $2k
Any other misc items will be priced accordingly.

Well, this has been a difficult decision but Black Oak Processing will NOT be processing deer this year. That being said we will take SKINNED deer for jerky on a limited basis. We will also be able to do some summer sausage with quartered or skinned deer. I am so grateful for the past 16 years of wonderful customers. Come visit me in Alaska next summer in Seward!
