We’ll be bringing some bees to the Farmer’s Market in Gouverneur tomorrow, Thursday, August 20th! 🐝

They’ll be safely enclosed in a case, so no worries! Come check them out and learn a little more about these amazing pollinators. Beekeeper Mike will be there to answer any questions. We’d love to see you there! 🌻🐝

We bottled 120 pounds of honey! Julie Wainwright was the closest without going over! And she liked & shared the post! Thanks for guessing!

**CONTEST**
Here Mike shows us how we cut the wax caps off the honeycomb. The whole piece is called a frame. Once the caps are removed, the frames go into the spinner, which holds 8 frames at a time.

We spun a total of 49 frames! 🍯

Any guesses how many pounds of honey we bottled from those 49 frames?

The first person to guess correctly without going over will win 1 pound of honey or a jar of creamed honey!

We have fresh spun honey! $10 a pound. Let us know if you want some & are local, we are in Watertown often. We will be at the Farmer's Market in Gouverneur on Thursday. We also have creamed honey, plain & cinnamon. We made strawberry jam with honey as a sweetener. We do have regular strawberry jam too. ( prices under pictures)
