Effective May 1st, 2026, the processing price for beef will be $0.90 per pound. The processing price for pork and lamb will be $0.85 per pound. Slaughter fees will remain the same until further notice. Thank you for your continued support.

As we wrapped 2025 up, we wanted to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who has supported K&L Processing this year. Fun fact for anyone curious. A slaughter house is required by law to provide fresh water for all the animals but did you know — Any critters kept for more than 24 hours we are required to feed? Our nightly routine come fair season:
check and fill waters ✅
add fresh bedding ✅
hay for beef, lambs and goats ✅
give the nightly round of pats and scratches✅
Huge thank you to Cameron Krettler for providing us with hay for these animals!
