Before having a child, I delighted in creating the most decadent chocolate cakes for my friends and family. I began learning about allergy-free baking so that she could enjoy treats as appealing as the foods other kids were having at family get-togethers and birthday parties. Now I challenge myself to provide baked goods that she can enjoy, and still make them taste so good that people without all
ergies enjoy them too. People are often surprised when they learn that desserts can taste great and have a wonderful texture while avoiding common allergens. All of the baked goods I offer are free of eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, dairy, soy and gluten. The gourmet chocolates that I make include dairy products. They do not include any other common allergens.
