INGREDIENTS
Makes 3 cups
• 4 Sticks Unsalted Butter, room temperature
• 4 Cups Powdered Sugar, sifted
• 2 Tablespoons 1890 Molasses Powder
• 1/4 Cup Milk Or Cream
DIRECTIONS

1. Beat butter in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium-high until light and fluffy.
2. Turn mixer down to medium and add sugar, 1/2 cup at time, and beat until incorporated. Scrape down bowl with spatula, if necessary.
3. Add Molasses Powder, 1 tablespoon at a time, until incorporated.
4. Add milk or cream, 1 tablespoon at a time, and continue beating until frosting reaches desired consistency.

🍗Roasted Lemon Pepper chicken 🍗
INGREDIENTS
Serves 4
• 1 1/2 Tablespoons 1890 Lemon Pepper Blend
• 1 1/2 Teaspoons Fresh Thyme Leaves, minced
• 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
• 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, softened
• 2 Teaspoons Kosher Sea Salt Flakes, divided
• 1 Whole Chicken
• 1 1/2 Tablespoons 1890 UP Olive Oil
• 2 Lemons, halved
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350°F, and grease roasting pan.
2. Combine Lemon Pepper Blend, 1 teaspoon of salt, thyme, garlic and butter in small bowl.
3. Carefully pull back chicken skin and rub butter mixture between meat and skin.
4. Drizzle chicken with olive oil and season with remaining salt and Lemon Pepper Blend. Place in baking dish, along with lemons.
5. Transfer to oven and bake until golden brown, juices run clear and meat thermometer inserted into thickest part of inner thigh registers 160°F to 165°F.
6. Remove from oven and let rest on cutting board for 10 minutes. Skim fat from top of pan juices. Place meat on platter, drizzle with pan juices and squeeze roasted lemons on top of chicken before serving.

INGREDIENTS

• 1/4 Cup Diced Sun-Dried Tomatoes
• 3 Ripe Avocado, peeled, pits removed
• 1/4 Cup Cooked Bacon, crumbled
• 1 Lime, juiced
• 1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro, finely chopped
• 1 Teaspoon 1890 Jalapeño Chile Powder
• 1/2 Red Onion, minced
• 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
• 1890 Roasted Garlic Pepper Salt to taste
• 1/4 Cup Roasted Salted Pumpkin Seed Kernels (Pepitas), chopped
• 1 Bag Fresh Tortilla Chips
DIRECTIONS

1. Place Sun-Dried Tomatoes in small bowl and submerge in 1/2 cup hot water for 15 minutes. Drain and discard liquid.
2. Mash avocados in medium bowl until chunky using back of fork. Add reserved tomatoes, bacon, lime juice, cilantro, Jalapeño Chile Powder, onion and garlic. Season with salt and stir to combine.
3. Garnish with roasted, salted pumpkin seed kernels and serve with tortilla chips or use in burritos and tacos.

Makes 4 servings
• 2 Large Russet Potatoes, rinsed in cold water
• 2 Tablespoons 1890 UP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 Tablespoon Dark Coriander Seed, cracked
• 1 Teaspoon 1890 Roasted Ground Cumin
• 1 Teaspoon 1890 Sweet Hungarian Paprika
• 1 Teaspoon 1890 Thyme Leaf
• 1/2 Teaspoon 1890 Ground Black Pepper
• 1 Teaspoon 1890 Coarse Sea Salt Flakes
DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 400°F, and line large baking sheet with aluminum foil.
2. Cut potatoes lengthwise into 10 wedges.
3. Add oil and spices to large bowl and mix well. Toss potatoes in bowl to thoroughly coat with spice mixture, leaving remaining oil in bowl for later.
4. Spread potatoes out evenly onto prepared baking sheet. Season with salt and black pepper, transfer to oven, and bake for 20 minutes.
5. Remove potatoes from oven and lightly toss again in bowl with oil and spices. Place sheet back into oven and bake again for 20 to 25 minutes, until brown and crisp.

INGREDIENTS
• 10 Pounds Beef Brisket, Trimmed
• 1 Cup Texas Bbq Rub

DIRECTIONS

1. Trim the brisket to size, leaving 1/4” of fat cap. Thoroughly rub the brisket with the Texas BBQ Rub. Wrap the brisket and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour or overnight if time is available.
2. Heat a smoker to 275°F with any wood or pellets you prefer. Hickory or Mesquite is recommended. Insert a thermometer in the brisket and cook with a steady smoke until the internal temperature reaches 185°F. As a general rule of thumb, assume 45 minutes of cooking per pound of meat.
3. Once the Brisket reaches 185°F, wrap it in butcher paper and return it to the smoker. Finish cooking at 275° until the internal temperature reaches at least 204°F. Once the brisket reaches temperature, remove it from the smoker and rest it wrapped on the counter for a minimum of 30 minutes, up to 1 hour. After resting, slice against the grain and serve.

INGREDIENTS
• 2 Pork Ribs, Baby Back
• 1 1/2 Cups Sweet & Tangy Memphis Bbq Rub
• 1 Pint Water
• 1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
• 1 Tablespoon Salt
• 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper, Ground
DIRECTIONS

1. With a sharp knife, carefully peel out the membrane from the bone side of the ribs. Season the peeled ribs with salt and pepper, then rub them evenly with the Memphis Style BBQ Rub, wrap them in plastic, and refrigerate overnight or for at least 3 hours.
2. Pre-heat the oven
3. Place the ribs bone side down in a roasting pan and add 1 pint of water and apple cider vinegar to the pan. Tightly wrap the top of the pan with plastic wrap and then aluminum foil. Place the pan in the oven, cook for 2.5 – 3 hours until the ribs are tender, and pull down the bone boy ¼“- ½“.
4. Serve the ribs with your favorite BBQ side and enjoy.

Ingredients
• Watermelon rind (thick rinds with minimal red flesh attached)
• 2 cups of white vinegar
• 1 cup of water
• 1 cup of sugar
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 2 teaspoons of 1890 Pickling Spice
Directions
1. Remove the green outer skin from the watermelon rind using a vegetable peeler. Slice the rind into 1-inch pieces.
2. In a large saucepan, combine white vinegar, water, sugar, and salt and pickling spices. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
3. Add the watermelon rind pieces to the simmering brine. Cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the rind becomes slightly translucent.
4. Using tongs, transfer the cooked rind to sterilized mason jars. Pour the warm brine over the rinds, ensuring they are fully submerged.
5. Seal the jars tightly and let them cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.

Ingredients
Makes 24 crackers
• 1/4 Cup Almond Meal
• 1/4 Cup 1890 Everything Bagel Seasoning
• 1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
• 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
• 4 Teaspoons Unsalted Butter
• 1/2 Cup Skim Milk
DIRECTIONS

1. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, combine almond meal and Everything Bagel Blend, flour, baking powder, and butter.
2. Mix on low speed until the mixture resembles a coarse meal.
3. Stir in milk, and mix until mixture forms a soft dough.
4. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill 10 minutes.
5. Preheat oven to 350° F.
6. Divide dough into quarters. Turn out one quarter onto a lightly floured work surface. Roll out into a very thin rectangle 1/16th inch thick. Cut into 2-1/2-inch squares.
7. Transfer to an ungreased, parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat with remaining dough.
8. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Cool completely before serving or storing.
