📀"MCM Max is an indie folk musician group growing deep roots in America's Heartland. After writing and producing his debut album, Gilleland, Max Elwood began performing acoustic sets on any stage that would have him across southwest Iowa and Nebraska.

Downtown Farmers Market is so excited to welcome back Jane Ryan, a retired nurse and mental health counselor who discovered Neurographic Art while healing from her own brain injury. 💚

Neurographic Art combines lines, shapes, and colors in a creative practice that Jane has found helpful for managing anxiety, improving sleep, supporting memory and problem-solving, and processing difficult experiences. It’s a relaxing, creative way to explore mindfulness and self-expression!

🖌️ Come see Jane's Art Lab at the market! She’ll have beautiful artwork available for purchase and will be happier to share more about this unique art form.

🌻Join us downtown, October 10th, for the last Saturday market of the season (although Downtown Farmers Market will be back for one more evening market on October 22nd!)

🏡Our first season at our lovely new home, Railside Amur Plaza, is coming to a close, and we are so grateful for all the love & support you’ve shown us along the way.

✨💞Downtown Farmers Market welcomes Kendra with Serendipity Designs to the market!

•Serendipity (noun) : the gift some people have in finding or creating interesting or valuable things by chance accidental discovery of something pleasant or valuable
•Design (verb) : to plan and fashion artistically or skillfully

"Combining these two words together is the best way to describe what I create & craft! ✨ I have always had an eye for finding the beauty in the mundane and/or repurposing something old into something new & different. ♻️

I have been crafting & creating art since I was a child, leading me to pursue a college degree in the Fine Arts. 🎨

My creations are always changing or evolving as I serendipitously stumble upon new ideas or find items that I want to recreate putting my own spin on them! ✨

My hope is that anyone that stumbles upon my booth will find their own form of ‘Serendipity’ in my designs!!"💕

🛑✨Vendor Spotlight ✨ We've got COOKIES & we've got CROCHET! 🍪🧶

Downtown Farmers Market is thrilled to welcome Cookies & Crochet by Christi!

And seriously… COOKIES + CROCHET?! Is there a more fun combo? One keeps your hands busy while the other keeps your sweet tooth VERY happy!

Christi taught herself to crochet during Covid, and with a little encouragement from family & friends, she began sharing her handmade creations. Last year, she decided to add cookies to the mix!

Her specialty? Jumbo gourmet “bougie” cookies! These are NOT your basic cookies. Some are stuffed, while others are loaded with over-the-top mix-ins and deliciously fun flavors. 🍪

Whether you’re looking for something handmade, something sweet, or you’re the type who says “I’ll take one of each!”... you’ll definitely want to stop by & see what Christi has to offer.
