Pork Green Chili:
Friends of Critter Corner attended an event at the Fairgrounds recently that included Pork Green Chili made with Critter Corner Ground Pork. Tonight we made our own batch of Pork Green Chili and believe we outdid the competition. We are about to face an overstock situation with our Ground Pork - no seasoning added - just the plain stuff so we can add our own seasoning. We are currently offering this amazing, low fat ground pork for $4 per pound. Next week when we receive the balance of our ground meat & do the math, we'll probably raise the price. Get some now. Summer Reminder:
If you are canning or freezing produce this summer, Critter Corner critters would love your scraps!
Corn cobs & husks, peach peels, apple skins & cores, fruit or veggies, the pigs, chickens, horses & goats will all dispose of it for you!
You can drop off at our gate 24/7 at 2867 C 1/2 Road, or if you are nearby and have it ready in buckets, bags, or boxes we're happy to swing past and make a pick up.
Any questions what the critters can or cannot eat, just ask. Thank you!
