Although our farm is located in Wayland, Mi.we just opened a store front in Grand Rapids at 953 E Fulton Street, Grand Rapids. Just a couple blocks west of the Fulton Street Farmers Market. We are also still currently at the Fulton Street Farmers Market for the regular season market and are located outside under the shed roof at the top of the market.

Yes we are open! We will be open all week but closing at 3 pm on both New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. Otherwise normal hours the rest of the week.

It’s hard to remember that Christmas is just a week away when the weather wants seems to play games on us. But real winter will show its face sooner or later! It makes it hard for some of us to get these Holiday chores done to get ready. So if you are like me and lagging behind and still need some gift ideas, don’t forget that Food is always a great gift. Whether you’re gifting something you know they like or trying to get them to try new things, Food is usually a big hit. And, how many of your conversations with family and friends are about food, if you have a family like ours it probably makes up most conversations!! Lol!!
We have a few gift baskets made up and ready for travel. We can also help you come up with that special one of a kind gift basket for that special one of a kind on your list!
In the meantime if we don’t see you before, we wish you all safe travels and a wonderful Holiday!!

Another Holiday just around the corner,are you ready? If you still need help with your dinner menu stop on in. We still have whole turkeys and also smoked boneless hams. Both are frozen so you’ll have a little prep time to add in. Turkeys range in size 13-16 pounds and hams about 4-5 pounds.
While you’re here check out the store and see what you might have missed last time. We always have something new coming in most every week.
We’ll also be making up some gift baskets soon if you find yourself needing a last minute gift or something for the “foodie” on your list.
Remember we are open 6 days a week Monday thru Saturday 9 am to 5 pm with Wednesday and Thursday open until 6 pm. 616-290-2809.

Hey all!! Hope your Thanksgiving was a good one and able to spend time with family and friends.
Take a look at our next new adventure happening on the farm this year. We finally decided to start a green house to help supply our store front during the winter! So look at the size of these tomatoes and all the flowers!! We don’t have the heat turned on high yet until we get the green house to full capacity so it might take a while to get them ripe, so keep your fingers crossed. Oh, and yes those are strawberries!! Haven’t had a lot of them yet but they have been pretty tasty the few that are ripening. Hoping for some berries just a head of the spring rush!! We’ll keep you posted as we get more of the greens and such ready too!

Hey all it’s Shop Hop this Thursday (tomorrow). Many shops in the neighborhood and surrounding area will be open late and offering specials. If you’re in the area stop in and check us all out and see what we have to offer.
Need a bite to eat while you’re out and about, no problem, we’ll be serving our pulled pork sandwiches, hot cider and cheese samples after 3 pm. We will also be open until 7 pm.

What’s happening on the farm? Take a look at the new chicks on the block!These will be the new “ girls” that will be laying your fresh eggs this coming spring. They are two weeks old in this picture. They are testing their wings daily and already flying over the dividers!! This breed is the Isa Brown and will lay brown eggs.

Good morning everyone!!
Still trying to plan your Thanksgiving meal or making last minute plans? Stop in soon and let us help! We have lots of fixings to add to your table. We have the stuffing, the cranberries, the sweet potatoes, the green beans the dinner rolls…. Well you get the hint!
Oh, and don’t forget the egg nog and apple cider and ice cream. The apples and pumpkin for your pies. Did you forget to order your turkey?? We will have a few extra turkeys next Tuesday and Wednesday. Be early if you need one. First come first serve. We are open normal hours all week except Thursday Thanksgiving day.
