We believe that whatever we do should be done with excellence—and that includes serving our customers.

Last week, we traveled to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to attend the 87th AAMP Convention (American Association of Meat Processors). It was an incredible week of learning from some of the best in the industry, building relationships with fellow processors from across the country, and bringing home fresh ideas to make Yoder’s Butcher Barn even better.

We’re so thankful for opportunities like this that allow us to grow, sharpen our skills, and continue providing the quality products and service you deserve. Your support makes experiences like this possible, and we don’t take that for granted!

We learned about a TRULY nitrate-FREE, uncured way to make some of our products—without relying on celery powder or other substitute nitrite sources. 🌭
We will be doing some testing and experimenting and hope to be able to offer you these nitrate-FREE products soon!

Oh… and one more thing! 😄 We may have discovered what could become our NEW best-selling SNACK STICK FLAVOR!
