Please pick up your cut and wrapped animals as soon as you are notified that they are ready. Delays in pickup make it difficult for us to continue processing animals in a timely manner.

To help keep operations running smoothly, a daily storage fee will be assessed beginning 3 business days after notification, unless prior arrangements have been made with our office.

Our new Grab & Go cooler is stocked with pre-cut steaks, tri-tips, briskets, and jerky, so you can quickly select the items you’d like and check out at the front counter.

If you’d prefer a custom cut, we’re still happy to cut exactly what you need. We simply wanted to offer a more convenient option for those who are in a hurry.
