Large viewing window to cheese making area. A local Amish dairy farmer produces most of the exceptionally creamy milk we use for making cheese. We start with this whole milk in a small-batch process where we make the curds to press into wheels of cheddar. We also make fresh mozzarella and feta cheese. The Farmer's Table Eatery brings our cheese to life in sandwiches, salads, and the delicious deep-fried cheese curds. Stop by to see items from the our local farmers and crafters in the gift shop.

Rachel on Rye

This sandwich is much like our Reuben, but made with turkey instead of corned beef! Sauerkraut and homemade Thousand Island dressing is what makes the Rachel, and the Reuben, so tasty 😋

This is a fan favorite here! Shaved steak, Sparky's Fury cheddar, lettuce, tomato and our house-made steak sauce all wrapped in an herb tortilla 😋 We will be serving this for the next week! Get it while it's here 😁

For the next week, we will be offering a bowl of tomato soup with a side of our wood fired pizza curds. A pizza curd dipped in warm tomato soup makes the perfect combination! 🤤

Strawberry Pecan Salad 🍓🥗

This salad consists of a lettuce and spinach base, filled with cucumbers, onions and carrots. It's then topped with grilled chicken, roasted pecans, feta cheese and fresh strawberries 😋 Finally, the salad is drizzled with our balsamic glaze!
