New batch of fresh pork Cumberland sausage made, $5.00lb. Cumberland sausage are a English favorite, I made mine with fresh organic pork shoulder,chives,sage,nutmeg,mace,and coriander. They make a great breakfast sausage or go well with mashed potatoes and a gravy.

the chicken apple were made with fresh chicken tenderloin,fresh thighs, bacon a blend of local spices and fresh grated honey crisp apples.
the chorizo made with fresh pork loin,minced onion and a blend of local spices, they have a little kick yummy
pork brats made with fresh pork and a blend of local spices

all of the sausage are made with natural ingredients, and are all made with products from local farms and vendors.

Hot and sweet Italian pork or chicken. A pork maple breakfast, chorizo, pork or chicken bratwurst and a chicken and apple sausage. All sausage will be available in links or bulk.
