Mama Owl's Morsels We fresh bake local homemade baked goods with real ingredients and honest hard work. We specialize in delicious, home baked cookies and pies!

Currently we offer the following cookies: Peanut Butter, Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Oatmeal, Fudge Filled Triple Chocolate, Maple Brown Sugar, Old Fashioned Oatmeal Scotchies, Chocolate Chunk Walnut (available in chips instead of chunks, and/or without walnuts), and a variety of different flavored Thumbprints! (Thumbprint flavors vary based on availability of ingredients, but usually: strawberry

, blueberry, peach, raspberry-orange, apple cinnamon, or a mix of your choice.) All the pies we offer are sweet pies due to our signature sweet crust and are available in any size from our “pie bites” up to regular 9” pies. Our most frequently requested pies are apple cinnamon and bourbon pecan, but we make pies by request in any variety. For example, a recent customer supplying a Christmas dinner requested Sweet Potato Pumpkin with a special gingersnap crust and Eggnog Pie, which we obliged. In addition to cookies and pies, we’ve supplied customers with Blueberry Streusel Mini Muffins, Cranberry Blueberry Harvest Cakes, and Apricot Glaze Fruitcakes. Custom orders are always an option! If there is something specific you want, give us a call! Texting also available. We strictly use local, free range eggs in all our recipes. We also use locally grown fruit when available. The blueberries in the mini muffins and most of the apples used in the pie bites were handpicked by us. When available, the jam in the thumbprints and any fruit we're lacking, comes from local farms and kitchens. If a recipe calls for honey, we use raw honey from a local apiary. We NEVER use corn syrup. All salt used in our baked goods is sea salt, usually Himalayan or a blend of "ancient" sea salts. All flour is unbleached. All recipes are vegetarian. Vegan and gluten-free products can be specially requested. All items are baked in our home kitchen which has not been inspected by health or safety officials. Our kitchen uses foods which may cause allergies in some people. Our foods may contain, or have come into contact with, milk, eggs, peanuts or tree nuts, soy, or wheat. (A complete list of ingredients is available upon request.)
*Note: Our phone numbers are cellphones and were assigned before we moved into the Grayling area. Consequently, our phone numbers are not local. We are, however, based in Grayling. Attention Mama Owl's Morsels customers! In addition to offering delicious cookies and pies, we also have farm fresh, cage free, vegetarian fed eggs available. We currently have brown, green, blue, and pink-brown eggs. Limited supply. Next year we will also have dark chocolate brown eggs! $3 per dozen or two for $5. Pick up or local delivery only.

I planned on making this offer quite some time ago, but if anyone needs/wants cookies for Christmas, let me know! There is still time. I only need a couple days notice. If you are within half an hour of Grayling, I'll deliver them for free. If you're farther out, I'll probably need to ship them so please allow extra time. Well, the farmer's markets are over for this year. They will resume in May. My baked goods were gaining in notoriety so I'm concerned the large break will completely destroy what customers I have. If, over the next few months, anyone here wants to order cookies or knows someone who might want some, please let me know! I will be happy to keep my little business in business! Thank you!

Today was sunny and in spite of that, I made $49! My "angel" came back and bought more. I had several repeat customers who came directly to my booth because they knew what they wanted. I'm doing better! Thank you Lord!
